Terms and Conditions for LIMRS Design House
Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the use of the interior design services offered by LIMRS Design House. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Services.
Our services include, but are not limited to, space planning, color consultation, furniture selection, and project management for residential and commercial interior design projects.
2. Client Responsibilities.
The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications of the space to be designed, as well as any relevant information regarding their design preferences and requirements. The client must also obtain any necessary permits or approvals for the design work
3. Payment Terms.
The client will be required to make a non-refundable deposit at the start of the project, with the balance due upon completion. If additional services are requested by the client during the project, the client will be charged for these services at the prevailing rate. Payments shall be made 50% as advance along with work order, 40% payment after completion of 50% work and 10% shall pay the date of completion. Payment shall be made by bank transfer/account pay Cheque/online payment Get-way to limrs design house nominated account. Work will remain stopped if the payment is delayed.
4. Design Fees.
The design fee will be based on the scope of services agreed upon between the client and LIMRS Design House. This fee will include all design-related services, but does not include the cost of any materials, fixtures, or furnishings.
All prices quoted are in Bangladeshi Taka. All prices quoted are excluding all government / corporate taxes and VAT charges.
6. Intellectual Property.
All design work, drawings, and plans created by LIMRS Design House as part of the interior design services are the property of LIMRS Design House and may not be used by the client or any third party without the express written consent of LIMRS Design House.
7. Changes to the Scope of Services
Any changes to the scope of services agreed upon between the client and LIMRS Design House may result in additional fees. These changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
The completion date for the project will be agreed upon between the client and LIMRS Design House at the start of the project. LIMRS Design House will make reasonable efforts to complete the project on time, but cannot guarantee completion by a specific date. Natural Disaster

10. Extended Delivery
If the contract is delayed or extended through no fault of limrs design house, then we reserve the right to revise the contract price and handover time.
11. Limitation of Liability
LIMRS Design House will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the interior design services provided, unless such damages were caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of LIMRS Design House.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination. In the event of contract termination, through no fault of limrs design house, the client will agree to pay limrs design house for all services that have been requested for completed and purchased up to the cancellation date. The client will be responsible for all reimbursable expenses payable, which were purchased prior to the cancellation date.
13. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladeshi Jurisdiction.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Bangladeshi jurisdictions.
15. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and LIMRS Design House and supersede all prior understandings, negotiations, and agreements between the parties. This agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The client may not assign this agreement or any of its rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of LIMRS Design House.
All notices and other communications required or permitted under this agreement must be in writing and will be deemed given when delivered in person, sent by email, or sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the addresses of the parties set forth in this agreement.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth above.
